Exertional Rhabdo Symptoms
Common Early Symptoms of Exertional Rhabdomyolysis
There are many unique symptoms of Rhabdo that should automatically raise red flags. Such symptoms include muscle aches, specifically in your shoulders, thighs, or lower back, muscle weakness or trouble moving your arms and legs, and dark urine, especially dark red to brown. From my personal experience, my triceps and shoulders were extremely sore, and felt as if they would tear if I tried to stretch them even a little bit. The pain was more than twice as bad as any soreness I had ever felt. It was a super sharp pain that made even regular everyday activities such as brushing my teeth or even eating extremely hard.
